Nearby Lahti for work
Good place and comfortable position not far from the town center, good if you have to move in and out for work. Apreciated the covered parking, even if a little expensive. Good breakfast

Wonderful staff and superb breakfast. False advertising leaving a disappointing taste though.
Good location. Fantastic breakfast - that was by far the best part of my stay. Lovely, friendly lady serving breakfast in the morning that was delicious and tasty.
The hotel shared photos of saunas and swimming pools which it does not have. I was told they’ve been trying to take them off for years. I find it unacceptable that a business would advertise products and services that they simply don’t provide and as a result make guests like me make misinformed choices based on wrong information and being misled into Bookikg something you don’t get. The parking costs a lot so be prepared to add it to your hotel bill. Upon a longer chat with staff member at reception I managed to “upgrade” my room to at least have a sauna in it which was exactly what I was looking for but I was left with having to pay quite a lot extra for a feature I believed was meant to be included. Shame really. The reception staff dealt with the situation extremely well though and the staff member at breakfast was wonderful too - the only things that really turned my stay around and made it a good one at the end. Although I still feel the hotel company ought to take responsibility for their false advertising.
