Very Good

Breakfast is good but not a lot of variety. The location is right outside the train station, making it super convenient to travel around the center. The staff is excellent and welcoming.

The rooms are pretty small. just to sleep and use bathroom.

The breakfast was very good, exceptional. Thank you.

My room on arrival. The previous guest before me. The heave body odor of this person engulfed the room for four days none stop thereby making it not clean enough for me to stay. The room cleaner must make effort to be airing rooms after guests check out. Again my six nights stayed, I only slept the last night with heater my room was always very cold.

Good location and tasty breakfast, room was cleaner last time.

Close to both the railway and bus station. Tasty breakfast with lots of options (scrambled eggs and karjalanpiirakka were my favorites). It was nice and quiet. Very large bathroom!

The hotel room was not as clean as compared to the previous time I visited (unknown hairs in both bathroom and bed area). Rooms could use a small brush and dustpan during winter as you accidentally tend to carry lots of gravel into the hallway area with your boots.

Good place and comfortable position not far from the town center, good if you have to move in and out for work. Apreciated the covered parking, even if a little expensive. Good breakfast

Good location near the train station and quite close position towards the city center.

No restaurants or dining in options,difficulty in access/entry to hotel as no staff after 10 pm, we had to dial a emergency no as we could not enter hotel as doors would not open.

Does the job but without any emotion - stereotypically Finnish, actually :)

I needed a hotel room to stay overnight in Lahti - it 100% did the job. Arrived after check-in hours but there's a self service machine to get the room key. Didn't see a single person throughout our stay, it was like a ghost town. Seemed like quite a big hotel actually.

Breakfast hall was very cold, the food selection quite poor and tasteless. Expensive parking, stayed for 9 hours and paid 12 euros.

Wonderful staff and superb breakfast. False advertising leaving a disappointing taste though.

Good location. Fantastic breakfast - that was by far the best part of my stay. Lovely, friendly lady serving breakfast in the morning that was delicious and tasty.

The hotel shared photos of saunas and swimming pools which it does not have. I was told they’ve been trying to take them off for years. I find it unacceptable that a business would advertise products and services that they simply don’t provide and as a result make guests like me make misinformed choices based on wrong information and being misled into Bookikg something you don’t get. The parking costs a lot so be prepared to add it to your hotel bill. Upon a longer chat with staff member at reception I managed to “upgrade” my room to at least have a sauna in it which was exactly what I was looking for but I was left with having to pay quite a lot extra for a feature I believed was meant to be included. Shame really. The reception staff dealt with the situation extremely well though and the staff member at breakfast was wonderful too - the only things that really turned my stay around and made it a good one at the end. Although I still feel the hotel company ought to take responsibility for their false advertising.

The hotel exceeded our expectations

Very nice hotel, exceeded our expectations After checking reviews, I was not very hopeful about it, but it was tidy and comfortable. The room was good size, tidy, beds quite soft, TV, kettle, hairdryer, safe and fridge in the room. At the reception you can get complimentary tea and coffee, and buy some snacks from the machine. Parking 13 euros day, but if you come by train , it's just a few minutes' walk. The city centre is also close. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and we also were able to get access to our room before the check-in time, with no additional cost. The room was quiet, we heard only some distant noises, and didn't hear traffic. There's also kitchen area and laundry room (with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers) available for all guests with no additional cost, so hotel is convenient for long stay. Breakfast 12 euros.

It was fine for me, but for my husband, the bed was too soft, and it was a bit hot in the room (we stayed in February).
